Overview
The
Professional Edition enables all available features
including encryption, repeater mode, view-only mode,
password protected customer modules and the customizable
ToolBox application. The splash, customer module
program icon, disclaimer, company name, goodbye message,
menus, messages and questionnaire
link are user customizable.

Designed for Help Desks, Support Centers,
Technicians, Accountants and individuals that need to give the
remote user the option to restrict the remote control session or
if they are supporting Doctors, Lawyers and other institutions
that require encrypted communications. The small file size,
supports an unlimited customer
connections per technician seat. Options alternate encryption
levels, Password Protection, Session Privileges
Prompt (view-only, remote control without file sharing or full
control with file sharing), Automatic Repeater ID/Ticket Number
prompt, Chat, Multi-File and Subfolder Transfers. No configuration required
by technician or customer. One-time charge, no recurring fees or
additional charges.

This allows unlimited technician seats anywhere in your organization to use the
software from any site. "Any Site" is defined as any geographical
location of a place of business that is owned by or reports to
the site that holds the multi-site license. If an
individual is a permanent or temporary employee that works from
an alternate location but is assigned to any site of the license
holder, the individual is authorized by the global/multi-site
license to use the software during their employment. This is not a license to redistribute the software outside of
the organization. It is not required to support an unlimited number of customers per technician
station. Unlimited means unlimited, our unlimited license is not
limited to a maximum number of employees.
