Our instructors can
connect directly to your computer via Remote
Support Software to show you how to correct problems, backup
or restore your data, update your files, install drivers or demonstrate how to
accomplish a particular task with your software.
The remote support software
will establish a remote control connection automatically with
the instructor. No input is required from you other than to enter your
password and open the
file. The instructor will then be able to see and
operate your computer almost the same as sitting in front of
it. You can see everything the instructor is doing and can end the session
instantly at any time by double-clicking on the remote control
icon in your system tray or right-clicking on
the icon and selecting close from the popup menu.
